Familjeföretaget Fournier äger omkring 50 hektar vingårdar i Sancerre, Pouilly-Fumé och Menetou-Salon. Vinhuset grundades 1926 och har sitt säte i Chaudoux i Sancerre. Idag leds företaget av vinmakarna Frédéric Jacquet och Damien Laurent samt Jean-François Lefebvre som har hand om vingårdarna.
